The KASIC Advisory Board has compiled a pediatric outpatient empiric treatment guide comprised of common infections encountered in ambulatory pediatric patients. 

Included in the guide are dosing tables based on patient weights and common concentrations of antibiotic preparations.

This guide does not take into consideration individual patient characteristics that may impact drug selection, dose, or duration and should not replace clinical judgement made by a provider.
