Antimicrobial stewardship coordination can be challenging due to a wide variability of available resources within a facility and culture of prescribing by the providers caring for patients. Additionally, antimicrobial stewardship is not part of standard professional training, thereby making antimicrobial stewardship expertise difficult to obtain. To support access to antimicrobial stewardship resources, KASIC is offering free assistance to its network participants. The following selection of services does not encompass the entirety of resources available, but rather provides a general overview of available services most impactful to our network participants.
